Robert Neuroth

Robert (Rob) Neuroth is a second-generation builder and general contractor.

“We needed to construct an outpost on a remote mountaintop. Everything had to be flown up in Chinook’s. We planned everything out and accounted for every little detail -right down to the last nail. We only had one shot. It was a once in a lifetime challenge, and we had to figure it out. Those kinds of challenges are exciting to me.”

Rob took his work ethic to the United States Army, where he honed his natural leadership skills, serving as reconnaissance platoon team leader in Afghanistan’s Kunar province -one of the most highly active regions in the United States Army’s military campaign.

Rob holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration. Rob is a certified EM-385 Safety Professional and certified Quality Control Manager through his United States Army Corps of Engineers training.

In his previous roles as a Quality Control Manager, Site Safety Health Officer, Superintendent and Project Manager, Rob ensured compliance with safety and quality standards on over $1B in construction projects.

Alexandra Neuroth

Alexandra coordinates resource deployment across multiple projects and serves as a key point of contact for internal team members, clients, and vendors.

An expert communicator and relationship builder, Alexandra uses her warm interpersonal skills to bring harmony to our dynamic and ever-changing workload.

Prior to starting Neuroth Construction, Alexandra coordinated efforts in the construction project management software industry and served as the senior marketing coordinator for Cushman & Wakefield throughout the Greater San Diego Area.

She holds a California real estate license, and a degree in English Language & Literature from the University of California Santa Barbara..

Alexandra’s nurturing, creative personality makes her a quiet leader, and a joy to work with.

Ed Hearn

Ed Hearn is a warm and friendly family man at heart, who’s built his construction career from the ground up.

“Personally and professionally, I like to treat everyone I meet, as I would like to be treated myself.”

With over 30 years in the industry, Ed has worked and coordinated with every trade, from foundations and framing, to fixtures and finishes.

At Neuroth Construction, it's all about the customer’s experience. That's why Ed is on site each day to make sure that we’re performing safely, effectively and efficiently.

Ed’s deep experience in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades makes him the ideal ‘Go-to person’ in the field.

Ed expertly manages multiple projects and trades at a time. His knowledge of framing, electric, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC helps Ed anticipate the needs of each trade and keep our projects running smoothly.

Fun Facts

Favorite Vacation Spot: Lake Chelan in Manson, Wa. Seadoo’s and fishing all day.

My Favorite Part of Construction: The camaraderie and teamwork. Everyone plays their part from the Architect down through the cleanup crew, the job wouldn't be complete without everyone doing their part.

Favorite Music: Rush (Fav) to Cage the Elephant and 21 Pilots. I very much like the classics from the 50’s and 60’s while I’m at the backyard barbecue.

Favorite Hobby:  Doing anything my grandkids want and golf whenever I get a chance.

Interesting Fact About Me: I used to be a commercial Alaskan Fisherman, second favorite job ever.
